GOLDTOUCH PRESS MARKETING REVIEW AND COMPLAINTS
GOLD TOUCH PRESS IS A BIG SCAM https://www.goldtouchpress.com/
I was contacted by somebody named Faye Neilsen, a Senior Marketing Executive of GoldTouch Press Marketing last April 2, 2019. They claimed to be in the business for seven years and had been doing a great job in terms of working with Traditional Publishers, group of publicists, marketers and many more “industry giants.” They asked me to pay them $3,000.00 as initial payment for getting my book republished, getting an online publicist and to look for book investors, I told Faye to send me a proposal so I can give it a sleepover, but she insisted and offered me a discount and free website, etc, and I found it something fishy. So before committing to this very promising offer, I had this company, Gold Touch Press, forwarded to my agent who handled the investigation and found out that this company is a new sprouting SCAM COMPANY and is doing FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION with published authors. We contacted the Administrator of the building they rented in 420 Lexington Avenue Suite 300 New York, NY 10170 and there was no office there. As per one of the tenants in the building, they are just paying somebody to receive and forward mails.
My investigator had found out that their website is pretty new and was just registered and created a month ago, check here: https://bit.ly/2Kw6F5M . Check out their website https://www.goldtouchpress.com/
We checked with Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc, they have not published a single book and I don’t want to become their sample author, NO WAY!
Stay away from Gold Touch Press; they are a big scam.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Preferred solution: to let other customers be aware.

This company is a joke, no book officer has an extension you must conduct business through the receptionist. The resptionist left me on hold for a hour.
I called twenty times one day and she looked at the caller id and ignored my call.
I had my co-worker call from another number and she answered I have been waiting to speak for a member of management for a year. This is the short version of my horrible experience
I hate to admit it, but I was one of those people that fell for everything Gold Touch promised. I started noticing that when I called and asked to speak with my marketing executive she sounded like the person I had just spoken with.
Then one day I get an email saying that I should expect a royalty check in the mail soon and when I didn't get the check after two months I began calling frequently to see what the hold up was. After several calls they stop taking my calls all together.
STAY AWAY FROM GOLDTOUCH. THEY ARE TROUBLE WITH A CAPITAL T.
Gold Touch Press sent me an email with the title of a book that I have not published yet. I don't know how they found the title, since I have done nothing to promote this unfinished manuscript, but they claimed that it received good reviews and wanted to see if I was interested in republishing with them. I wouldn't trust them.

GOLD TOUCH IS A SCAM!!! FROM THE PHILIPPINES
Thank you. Just got off the phone with them and will not use.
I ma really sure that Gold touch Press i s a scam. you can't find books published in amazon and that they belong to the new generation of SCAMMERS!!!
I am even thinking that they are in the Philippines same as xlibris!!! Jessie black is {{Redacted}} woman!!!
Jessie Black is very arrogant and very brash. That *** seems to be a gold digger since she only keeps on talking about money and money without even listening to what i need for my book's publishing and marketing!!! Gold Touch Press is a SCAM!!!!
VERY ARROGANT!! I AGREE
i am really confused to things like this. How can you be scammed if you haven't given anything or if nothing has been taken from you.
NONSENSE! My book is in production now, so happy with the cover. I don't have to worry about my correction limits. They do everything, gosh!
i'm so excited with my book price, $7.99. It'll be out in a month!
Do wee need to wait for something to be taken out from us before we call them a SCAM? where's your BRAIN dude?
A complaint will never be a complaint if the company is true to what hey are doing. We know for a fact that clones are emerging especially in the Philippines.
I bet, you are an employee of the said company paid to do this. Lol
I have also talked to Ms. Neilsen, and she's very nice she explained everything carefully.
I think the blogger made a huge mistake in doing this blog.
Ms. Neilsen is very nice person assisting me in my new journey.
Thank you. The same woman contacted me.
Get a Life! I was able to publish my book: https://www.amazon.com/Long-Journey-Home-Julie-Chenevert/dp/173370****/ref=sr_1_fkmrnull_1?keywords=goldtouch+press&qid=155682****&s=books&sr=1-1-fkmrnull
good example. thanks
Pissed Consumer168**** I am pissed also. Remark - Get a Life!
I was able to publish my book: Long Journey Home- Julie Chenevert. I'M *** JULIE CHENEVERT AND I DIDN'T WRITE THAT POSITIVE COMMENT. I HATE GOLDTOUCH PRESS and this is just another lie by GOLDTOUCH PRESS. I've had to contact my attorneys about them once already.
If I see another post using my name again or the title of my book again. They will be hearing from me.
@PissedConsumber196**** Interesting that when I check Amazon.com, I find two books from Julie Chenevert: "A Long Journey Home" and "Back to Where I Belong." Both are published by Goldtouch Press, the first in April 2019 and the second in August 2019. The comment does not ring true to the observed facts.
